Although not quite centrally based, there is a very large shopping mall across the road with many shops and a food court open until 10pm. Talk about the kindness of strangers and we are very grateful to them. They also offered help with getting a doctor (which thankfully he didn't need in the end) and anything else they could do. The hotel staff were wonderful, I offered to pay for the linen but they wouldn't hear of it. This resulted in ruining some of the linen in the process. Then there was something exceptional, on our first night my husband became very unwell with food poisioning - nothing to do with the hotel I hasten to add - and was extremely sick throughout the night. However, everything else was very good indeed including the (pre booked) parking, the comfortable bed and the breakfast. Even with the air con running it didn't cool down enough. The only reason for not giving 5/5 is because the bedroom was too uncomfortably hot. The hotel is modern, very clean and in a good location.
